New residents will be sent a link to sign up for RentCafe, once you are enrolled just click the button above.

Maintenance request

If you have a routine maintenance request, please go to www.rentcafe.com or click the button above, sign in and fill out the online service request form, and we will do our best to address the issue within 24 hours.
If you have an emergency, please call the office at 216-221-2763 between 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday.

If you have an after hours emergency, please call our emergency maintenance personnel at 216-316-6927.

  • Examples of emergencies:
  • No heat in the winter
  • No electricity
  • Any condition that might cause a fire
  • Broken windows or any situation that would jeopardize security
  • Gas odors - please leave your home immediately and contact the gas company
  • Refrigeration failure
  • No water
  • A plumbing leak or sewer stoppage that may damage personal belongings or apartment property
